体が痛い
昨日初めてウェイトトレイニングして、今日体がすごく痛い。でもトレイニングを続けるにつれて、痛みがだんだんなくなるそうだから痛みのせいでやめるわけにはいかない。もちろんやめたいわけはないけどこのくらい痛いと思うまい。
Yesterday we did weight training for the first time, and today my body hurts. Apparently as you continue training the pain lessens, so we can't quit on account of the pain. Of course I don't want to quit, but I wasn't expecting it to hurt this bad.
